What are we actually trying to achieve? who are we trying to target? where? when, and how? these all seem like simple questions, but they’re the starting point to a thought provoking strategy which will allow us to put all the pieces in place to generate growth.

Each digital channel has a role to play in the strategy, but it’s essential that each one is placed and measured accordingly in order to ensure we get the right message, in front of the right people, at the right time.
